How the Cycle Reserve distributes across allocation tracks: Signature Allocation, Chrono-Warrior, Stellar Selection, Anchor Distribution and Public Goods, with the rest carried into the next cycle as the Compounding Cycle Reserve.

Gestures
- ETH Gesture Cost step-upETH Gesture Cost uses this step-up parameter. CST Gesture Cost follows the live CST Calibration Window.
- Participation CST nowEstimated Participation CST if a gesture lands now. The amount is dynamic and uses floor(sqrt(elapsedSinceLastGesture * bidCstRewardAmountMultiplier / mainPrizeTimeIncrementInMicroSeconds)).
- Message length limitMaximum character length allowed in gesture messages
Timing
- Time added per gestureEach gesture adds this much time to the Cycle Finalization Time. The increment grows by 1% with each cycle.
- Initial cycle durationThe initial Cycle Finalization Time added when the first gesture is made
- Finalization timeoutTime the Final Gesture participant has to finalize the cycle before the Open-Finalization Window opens to anyone

Calibration Windows
Each window lowers a Gesture Cost over time. The CST window restarts after every CST gesture; the ETH window opens each cycle and closes at its first gesture.

Public Goods
Each cycle sends its Public Goods share to the vault, which forwards it to the Public Goods Beneficiary.
